Open Call for Artists Engagement Commissions

We’re looking to commission four artists, creative practitioners or organisations to work with groups of young people in libraries, supporting them to creatively explore the key themes of The Children and Young People’s Promise, share their experiences and imagine the future of libraries.

Please note:
We are looking for engagement commissions that will take place within Arts Council England ’s Priority Place (areas identified as having lower levels of investment and cultural engagement).
