Libraries and Family Hubs: Case Studies

We’re working with the Local Government Association, who are delivering the National Centre for Family Hubs, to make sure the role of libraries are recognised as key partners in supporting children and families through the Family Hubs and Best Start in Life agenda.
These case studies highlight the important role libraries play in Family Hubs, early years provision and welcoming new families into both libraries and their communities. They spotlight programmes that, promote reading and library membership, initiatives that bring children together across language and activities that support carers and parents as well, as well as many more!
