The Children’s Promise is a shared commitment to help children and families feel welcomed, supported and inspired through library services. It sets out an ambition for libraries to make a positive difference in children’s lives by encouraging reading, learning, creativity, confidence and connection with their communities.
During the session, we’ll:
An hour to get together, no slides (well, maybe a couple), to share what we’re working on, hear what you think and find out how you can get involved. Bring your thoughts, your experience and a cuppa!
Unsure what the Children’s Promise is?
No problem! Come along to find out what it’s all about and help shape what happens next. You don’t need to be a member or know anything about the Promise to attend.
Join our September Member’s Meet Up where we’re asking for your input to shape what comes next for the Children’s Promise, Journey and Self-Assessment tool.
